    What's included in the Laptop Go Pack?

    Five essentials — a portable aluminium laptop stand, a foldable smartphone stand, a compact Bluetooth wireless keyboard (with wireless dongle), a full size Bluetooth wireless mouse (with wireless dongle), and a compact zip case that keeps everything together.

    What size laptops does the stand support?

    The stand supports laptops up to 17 inches, covering the vast majority of laptops used by business professionals.

    Is the keyboard full size?

    The keyboard is compact — similar key pitch and spacing to a standard keyboard for comfortable typing, but in a smaller footprint. Open it measures 295 × 101 × 8mm and folds down to 150 × 101 × 17mm.

    How do the keyboard and mouse connect?

    Both connect via Bluetooth and also come with a 2.4G wireless USB dongle — two connection options. The keyboard supports multi-channel connection, so you can pair two Bluetooth devices at once and switch instantly.

    How long does the keyboard battery last?

    The keyboard has a built-in rechargeable 90mAh lithium battery, charged via USB. A power-saving sleep mode kicks in automatically when not in use — press any key to wake it instantly.

    How long does the mouse battery last?

    The mouse has a rechargeable battery with a 10-minute sleep timeout when inactive — press any button to wake it instantly.

    What devices are compatible?

    Windows, iOS and Android — covering virtually every laptop, tablet and smartphone on the market.

    How far away can I use the keyboard and mouse?

    The keyboard has a working distance of up to 10 metres. The mouse operates comfortably within a standard workspace distance.

    Currently the Laptop Go Pack is available to Australian customers only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes — once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

    Returns & Warranty

    What is your return policy?

    A 30-day return policy. The product must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Contact us at support@laptopgopack.com.au within 30 days to arrange a return and full refund.

    Is the Laptop Go Pack covered by a warranty?

    Yes — a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong within the first 12 months, email us and we'll make it right.

    What if an item arrives damaged?

    Contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

    Every Laptop Go Pack comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

    What's Covered

    Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all five items:

    If any item fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

    What's Not Covered

    • Accidental damage — drops, spills or physical damage
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage from misuse or improper operation
    • Products modified or repaired by unauthorised parties
    • Consumable parts (e.g. batteries) depleted through normal use

    How to Make a Claim

    Email support@laptopgopack.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We respond within 1 business day, and arrange a repair or replacement at no cost if approved.

    We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • In its original packaging, intact
    • Returned with all items from the original pack together

    If your Laptop Go Pack arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
